Abstract
U ovom radu govorit ćemo o plovilima kojima upravlja umjetna inteligencija (AI). Uslijed tehnološkog razvoja došlo je do toga da autonomna plovila potencijalno mogu biti bez posade i autonomno funkcioniraju kao vrsta pomorskog drona. Danas je došlo do toga da autonomni brodovi koriste flotu senzora u kombinaciji s fuzijom senzora kako bi dobili preciznu kombiniranu sliku svijeta, a korišteni senzori uključuju radar, lidar, kamere visoke razlučivosti, termovizijske slike i sonar. Autonomni brodovi čine plovidbu brodovima sigurnijom zbog smanjene mogućnosti ljudske greške.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we will talk about artificial intelligence (AI) controlled vessels. Due to technological developments, autonomous vessels have the potential to be unmanned and function autonomously as a type of marine drone. Today, autonomous ships have used a fleet of sensors combined with sensor fusion to obtain an accurate combined image of the world, and the sensors used include radar, lidar, high-resolution cameras, thermal imaging and sonar. Autonomous ships make sailing safer because of the reduced possibility of human error.
