Abstract
Organizacijsko ponašanje je područje koje se bavi proučavanjem učinka zaposlenika na njihovo ponašanje u organizaciji, istraživanje i primjenu rezultata radi poboljšanja učinkovitosti. Oblikovanje poslova je dodjela određenih radnih zadataka pojedincima i grupama. Raspodjela poslova i zadataka znači navođenje sadržaja, metoda i odnosa poslova kako bi se zadovoljili tehnološki i organizacijski zahtjevi. Organizacije nastoje proizvesti i osmisliti programe za motiviranje, odnosno nagrađivanje svojih zaposlenika koji služe kao poticaj, a kao ishod i rezultat najbolje je uspješno i pozitivno poslovanje. Motivacija zaposlenika je pojam koji je značajan za razumijevanje pitanja zadovoljstva poslom. Različiti ljudi različito procjenjuju iste situacije na radnom mjestu, ali imaju i različite potrebe i očekivanja. Motivacija je subjektivni doživljaj i interpretacija.
Abstract (english)
Organizational behavior is an area that deals with the study of the effect of employees on their behavior in the organization, research and application of results to improve efficiency. Job design is the assignment of specific work tasks to individuals and groups. The division of jobs and tasks means stating the content, methods and relationships of jobs to meet technological and organizational requirements. Organizations strive to produce and design programs to motivate or reward their employees that serve as an incentive, and as an outcome and result is the best successful and positive business. Employee motivation is a term that is important for understanding job satisfaction issues. Different people evaluate the same situations in the workplace differently, but they also have different needs and expectations. Motivation is a subjective experience and interpretation.
