Abstract
Sustav državne revizije kontrola je države te korisnika proračuna i javnih poduzeća u ostvarenju ciljeva svog djelovanja te doprinosa ciljevima ekonomske politike putem proračuna. Analiza sustava državne revizije RH je ukazala na relativno skromnu razvijenost zbog postojanja nedostataka sustava po pitanju sankcija te suradnje sa sudovima i ostalim izvršnim tijelima. Kako bi se povećala efektivnost potrebno je da Hrvatski Ured za reviziju uloži dodatne napore u razvoj suradnje s nadzornim tijelima te nosiocima ekonomske politike kako bi dosegao razinu standarda djelovanja sustava zemalja EU.
Abstract (english)
The state audit system is the control of the state and the users of the state budget and public companies in achieving the goals of their activities and contributing to the goals of economic policy through the contribution and using of the budget. The analysis of the state audit system of the Republic of Croatia pointed to a relatively modest development due to the lack of systems in terms of sanctions and cooperation with the courts and other executive bodies. In order to increase its effectiveness, the Croatian Audit Office needs to make additional efforts to develop cooperation with supervisory authorities and economic policy makers in order to reach the standard of functioning of the EU countries' systems.
