Abstract
Ukupno poslovanje pomorske agencije uvjetovano je stručnim osobljem koje mora poznavati stanje na tržištu i poslovati sukladno tome. Pomorska agencija regulira se i posluje prema pravilniku o obavljanju djelatnosti pomorskog agenta, Pomorskom zakoniku, pravima i obvezama pomorskog agenta te pravilniku o posredovanju pri zapošljavanju pomoraca. Bez pomorskog agenta nezamislivo je obavljanje brojnih poslova dok je brod u luci, sklapanje svakoraznih ugovora, osobito ugovora o pomorskom posredovanju, tako da slobodno možemo raći da se bez pomorskih agenata, odnosno bez pomorskih agencija ne može zamisliti obavljanje suvremene pomorske djelatnosti.
Abstract (english)
The overall business of the maritime agency is conditioned by professional staff who must know the state of the market and operate accordingly. The maritime agency is regulated and operates according to the rulebook on the activities of a maritime agent, the Maritime Code, the rights and obligations of a maritime agent, and the rulebook on mediation in the employment of seafarers. Without a maritime agent, it is unthinkable to carry out numerous tasks while the ship is in port, to conclude all kinds of contracts, especially contracts on maritime mediation, so we can freely say that without maritime agents, i.e. without maritime agencies, it is impossible to imagine the performance of modern maritime activities.
