Abstract
Tema ovog rada se odnosi na temeljne koncepte organizacije ponašanja, kao i upravljanje promjenama unutar organizacije. U drugom poglavlju nakon samog uvoda, prilikom utvrđivanja temeljnih koncepata organizacije ponašanja, razlikovanja organizacijskog ponašanja na razini pojedinca, stvori se uvid u teorije motivacije, kao i važnost timskog rada unutar organizacije, vodstva i rješavanja konflikta, te se ostvaruje poveznica s upravljanjem promjenama unutar organizacije. Tijekom trećeg poglavlja, govori se o funkcijama upravljanja i donošenja odluka, stvara se uvid u procese formuliranja i planiranja samih promjena unutar organizacije, te se navedeni razine i modeli upravljanja odnose na suvremene strategije upravljanja promjenama, kao i ostvarivanje željenih rezultata tijekom organizacijskih promjena u četvrtom poglavlju.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper refers to the fundamental concepts of organizational behavior, as well as change management within the organization. In the second chapter, after the introduction itself, when determining the basic concepts of organizational behavior, distinguishing organizational behavior at the individual level, an insight into motivation theories is created, as well as the importance of teamwork within the organization, leadership and conflict resolution, and a link is made with change management within the organization. . During the third chapter, the functions of management and decision-making are discussed, an insight is created into the processes of formulating and planning changes within the organization, and the specified levels and management models relate to modern change management strategies, as well as the achievement of desired results during organizational changes in the fourth chapter.
