Abstract
U današnje vrijeme svaki poslovni pothvat dobiva naziv projekt, a svaki projekt zahtjeva njegovu kvalitetnu pripremu, realizaciju i postprojektne aktivnosti. Projektni menadžment tada ima veliku ulogu u sastavljanju pravilne organizacijske strukture timova, grupa i/ili poduzeća koja će provesti ideju projekta u djelo. Projekt je kao jedinstveni pothvat obilježen raznim rizicima koji mogu utjecati na ostvarenje cilja u okviru planiranog rasporeda, budžeta, kvalitete i opsega. Projektni rizik predstavlja neki budući nesiguran događaj koji može negativno ili pozitivno utjecati na ciljeve projekta. U radu je prikazano upravljanje projektnim rizicima u projektnom menadžmentu. Upravljanje projektnim rizicima je sastavni dio upravljanja projektom te se zanemarivanjem tog procesa smanjuje vjerojatnost za uspjeh projekta.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, every business venture is called a project, and every project requires its quality preparation, realization and post-project activities. Project management then plays a major role in putting together the proper organizational structure of the teams, groups and / or companies that will put the project idea into action. The project as a unique venture is marked by various risks that may affect the achievement of the objective in limits of planned schedule, budget, quality and scope. Project risk is an uncertain future event that may have a negative or positive impact on project objectives. This work shows project risk management. Project risk management is an integral part of the project management and the negligence of the process reduces the likelihood of success of the project.
